If you are currently working but need to gain a qualification to help you progress in your career then we can help. If you do not have any qualifications above Level 1 at the moment (or Level 2 if you are between 16 and 25yrs old) then you will qualify for our Workbased learning programme.
What will happen?
A qualified advisor will come into your work place and discuss what sort of qualification is best for you. You will both discuss it with your employer to make sure that it is the right one for the work that you are doing and to check that your employer is willing to support you.
Your advisor will then arrange the appropriate training course for you and this could take place either in your workplace or with other similar learners in a convenient Manchester First Delivery site. They will keep ion touch with you for 26 weeks after the course ends to help you move on in your work and help with further training if it is appropriate.
What do you need to do?
Contact us, either through this site or by the phone number on the contact page. We will arrange for an advisor to meet you.
