Manchester First has a strong support system that ensures that learners are fully informed about all the options that are available to them. This starts the moment that you contact us, whether that is direct through this site, by e mail or telephone or in person at one of our partner delivery sites.(If you wish to see the location of our delivery partners click here). Reception staff will give you all the information about what is available and whether you are eligible. If Manchester First cannot meet your needs it will signpost you to another organisation who can. If you do join a Manchester First course then your tutor will continue to advise and support you through the learning process. Towards the end of your course, or at any stage that suits you, an independent IAG worker will be available to advise you on how to move on to the next stage of your learning journey so that you can achieve your ambitions.
